Urgent Notice from Nepal Medical Council for Nepalese students willing to study MBBS/ BDS in Foreign Countries.
Nepal Medical Council (NMC) hereby notifies to all Nepalese students that anyone wishing to study MBBS/ BDS starting from the academic year 2012/ 2013 should possess an Eligibility Certificate issued by Nepal Medical Council.

Such Eligibility Certificate is only issued if the prospective student has acquired a minimum of fifty percent (50%) score and passed the Entrance Examination taken by institutions in Nepal such as (Intitute of Medicine – IOM) Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu University, B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS) or Ministry of Education (MOE).
This final decision had been taken during the Nepal Medical Council meeting on 23 Falgun 2068 (6 March 2012).
