Centre for Advanced Study in International Humanitarian Law (CASH), Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab (RGNUL) collaborating with International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Regional Delegation for South Asia, New Delhi, India is organising the Essay Competition called – ENSAYO 2012 – 4th South Asian Essay Writing Competition on International Humanitarian Law

The targeted essay writers are from all SAARC Countries plus Myanmar and Iran.

This competition is open to university students.

The theme of ENSAYO 2012  is “EXPLOSIVE REMNANTS OF WAR”. Students can write under any topic within this theme.

The deadline is 15 June 2012.

The awards are 25,000 and 15,000 and 10,000 Indian Rupees for First, Second and Third Prizes respectively.

Submission Procedure
