The South Asia Scholarship Program has announced that full fellowships will be provided to the qualified nationals of Nepal and Afghanistan to complete graduate degrees in sustainable development, counseling, and law.

The courses that are available for scholarships are: Master of Sustainable Development Practice; Master of Education Counseling; and a Masters of Law (LLM) in rights-based fields, such as human rights, disability rights, and minority rights.

Fellows seeking master’s degrees will be placed at universities in India for two-year programs at:

The Energy Resources Institute in New Delhi for the MA in Sustainable Development Practice;
Tata Institute for Social Sciences in Mumbai for the MA in Education Counseling.

Fellows seeking rights-based LLM degrees will be placed at either:

The University of Essex in the UK
The University of Hong Kong in Hong Kong, the Special Administrative Region (SAR) of China
