Northumbria University at Newcastle, situated in the North East of England has announced some scholarships (reduction in tuition fees) for international students and the countries above are priority countries.

The university informs that the normal scholarship amount will be £1000 but further scholarship will be provided in the next semester.

A good academic record and a good score in English tests such as IELTS or TOEFL is a necessity for this scholarship.

There are 100 scholarships available.

Furthermore, another scholarship in addition can also be provided which is called the Dean’s Award worth £1000 as well for good academic achievers.

The last date to apply is 27 July 2012, however, the university recommends to apply as early as possible.

These scholarships are provided to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
