The Department of Administration and Organization Theory at University of Bergen, Norway offers scholarships for Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Public Administration under Quota Scheme from targeted graduates from eligible institutions.
The students must have a four years undergraduate degree to apply for this programme. Usually graduates of Public Administration and Political Science are given preference. The students must have a scored a First Class mark.
