The Scholarships Section, Ministry of Education (MOE), Government of Nepal gives notice regarding scholarships coordinated by MOE in Nepal and in foreign countries’ quotas for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSc Forestry, BSc Nursing, B.Pharm, BPH.

Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
Bachelor of Science in Forestry (BSc Forestry)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing)
Bachelor in Pharmacy (B.Pharma)
Bachelor in Public Health (BPH)

The open competition will be for full scholarships, partial scholarships and self pay scheme. This scholarships competition is opened for Nepali citizens.

Form Distribution starts from 1 Ashad 2069 (15 June 2012) till 31 Ashad 2069
With Late Processing Fee: 1 Shrawan 2069 till 7 Shrawan 2069 (ie., 22 July 2012 is Last Date to apply)
Times for Form Distribution: After 1:00 PM
Venue: Ministry of Education (MOE)
Form Fee: Rs. 500 from Rastriya Banijya Bank ( Rs.1000 for Late Processing Fee)
Entrance Exam Date: 2 Bhadra 2069 Saturday at 1:00PM
Admit Card Distribution: 21 till 24 Shrawan 2069

Examination Time: 2 hours, the question papers of entrance examination will be according the MBBS/ BDS entrance curriculum published by MOE, Nepal.

Iam a job holder from dalit kota from lokesewa, and now suppose if i am selected in mbbs in scholarship of moe then will i get job salary during my study period or not. Iam in confusion , please reply me, becauze i cant afford to study mbbs with payment. Pls make me clear, is that type of system in nepal or not. Thank you.

    The system of MBBS entrance exams in Nepal is not good in any way because candidates have no right to claim the result.The answer sheets are kept secret.I ask to all the concerned authorities(IOM,MOE,BPKIHS..etc) that why it is so.Students must have right to claim and see his/her answers and evaluate ownself.
