Indian Technical & Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Scholarships for Nepal 2012-2013

Scholarships Provided By: Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India

Scholarships Subject Areas: Accounts, Audit, Banking and Finance; IT, Telecommunication and English; Management;  SME/Rural Development; Science and Technology; Development and Management; Environment and Renewable Energy

Scholarships Target Countries: Nepal

Through the Embassy of India, Kathmandu, the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India provides scholarships to Nepalese citizens. This ITEC 2012-2013 programme is called “Civilian Training Programme, Indian Technical & Economic Cooperation (ITEC) 2012-2013”

To be eligible to apply for ITEC 2012-2013 through Indian Embassy the candidates fulfill some criterias -

1) The prospective candidates must be employed (and be officials) in Government, Private and Public Sector, Universities, Chambers of Commerce and Industry etc.
2) The prospective candidates must have at least five 5 years experience.
3) The prospective candidates must be twenty five to fourty five years old.

ITEC Scholarships will include – tuition fees, living allowance of 25,000 Indian Rupees per month, return airfare to travel to India, accommodation in hostel, book allowance.
