Several scholarships has been announced by the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan for Nepali citizens to study under Pakistan Technical Assistance Programme (PTAP).

The courses available are: MBBS/ BDS, BSc Engineering (similar to BE in Nepal), D Pharmacy

Maximum age is 25 years to admit in MBBS/ BDS set by Pakistan Medical and Dental Council.

The application forms are available from the Embassy from 1 August 2012 (17 Shrawan 2069) till 9 August 2012 (25 Shrawan 2069). The deadline is 10 August 2012.

The entrance exam will be held on 18 August 2012 (9AM, Radisson Hotel). (Update: Cancelled by notice on 10 August 2012) The result for Pakistan Scholarships 2012 will be published on 25 August 2012 in Embassy office in Kathmandu.
